Dynamic Lists
Create hyper targeted lists of contacts via dynamic segmentation for use in marketing campaigns. Dynamic Lists are created from contact interactions such as: 

  • Attribute Fields
  • Custom Fields
  • Custom CRM Forms
  • Activities 
  • Lists
  • NPS Scores
  • CSAT Scores

Contacts >Dynamic Lists > Create > give the list a name
Choose one or many options from the drop downs and a list of contacts will build out top right of the page.

Note: The ‘Or’ is additive and the ‘And’ is subtractive to the data set.
“OR” is used to express that as long as one of two or more conditions are, met the value of a specified query is true.
“AND” serves to indicate that ALL specified conditions must be met in order for a query to return true.

Activities
The Activities of the contacts including Emails Read, Website Visits and Form and Survey Submissions.

Attribute Fields
Attribute fields are fields of importance to the business, created in the platform and included in outbound forms and survey campaigns. These campaigns and subsequent fields are then submitted by the contacts, with their answers stored not only in the individual campaign dashboard for reference, but also directly against the contact profile, for future use in dynamic lists.


Contact, Company and Opportunity Custom Fields
Custom Fields are questions of importance to the business that can be created to show against contact and company profiles and opportunities. These fields are created and updated by arkflux users. 
Once created, the custom field will show against every contact, company or opportunity for consistency and can be updated manually or via the import spreadsheet process.


Contacts
Segment contacts that are Unsubscribed, Subscribed or Hardbounced.


Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Customer Satisfaction Score is a basic measurement of a customer's satisfaction with a brand's product and/or services. Segment contacts based on their 1-5 scoring.

Segment contacts based on entries in a Custom CRM Form.

Items Sold
Segment contacts based on items they have been sold. The dropdown will show the name of the line item entered.

The groups of contacts located under Contacts > Static Lists.

Net Promoter Score (NPS)
This is an average measurement of how likely the customer is to recommend your product/service to another individual and is measured via the company, product, brand and service NPS fields via an arkflux form or survey. Segment contacts based on their 1-10 scoring.

Subscriptions
Dynamic Updates

Dynamic Lists provide a very effective way to segment and group contacts. Each time a contact matches or un matches the criteria, they are either added or removed from the list automatically. This keeps the list relevant and up to date. 
Note: Once created, the list is immediately available under Contacts > Dynamic Lists for future use and reference. 
Next Actions

Once the list has been segmented sufficiently, take action with next steps. 

View Contacts who have been dynamically assigned to the list and Export Contacts into Excel:
