Attribute Fields in Campaigns
Reporting

Attribute fields are fields of importance to the business, created in the platform and included in outbound forms and survey campaigns.  These campaigns and subsequent fields are then submitted by the contacts, with their answers stored not only in the individual campaign dashboard for reference, but also directly against the contact profile, for future use in the Dynamic Lists. 

Create Field

Templates > Attribute Fields > Create > Give the field a name > Choose Type > Create

Give the field a short name for reference and choose the type of field you want to create:

Add field titles, help text and brand as required. If the field type has multiple choice, add field values and drag and drop to reorder as required:

Your field will now be stored under Templates > Attribute Fields for future editing and reference.  

Replacement Text
If data in an Attribute and Custom Field isn't entered in the platform you can add replacement text against the fields when you are creating it.

Attribute fields will now show under the relevant tab as an option to drag and drop onto a form or survey template during the creation process:

This form or survey can then be used in campaigns to contacts to collect the data.

All attribute field submissions will update the contact profile directly. The answers shown will be the last time the contact answered that question. If they haven’t answered that question, it will show as unknown. 

Once you have a wide enough data set gathered by attribute fields, you will be able to make use of Dynamic Lists to segment data to create hyper targeted lists of contacts for use in marketing campaigns.
