Create
Assign to Opportunities or Subscriptions
Manage 

Create re-occurring services or products with associated values that your company offers for selection during Opportunity and Subscription creation.

Sales > Line Item> Create:

Product Category
Used for categorisation in the opportunity blade.

Product Sub Category
Used for categorisation in the opportunity blade.

Product Code
Short reference for the product or service.

Buy Price
The amount the product or service has been purchased for by the company.

Unit Price
The amount the product or service will be sold for by the company.

Tax Code
Apply the amount of tax applicable to the product or service.

Status
Toggle the line item to show as Live or Archived. Archived line items cannot be selected during opportunity creation, they can be toggled back to being Live. 

Billing Cycle
Select a billing cycle typically associated to the product or service. 

Enter the details as required > Save

Assign to Opportunities or Subscriptions

To assign the Line Item during Opportunity or Subscription creation click the green Line Item icon:

Select the Line Item required > update the other fields > Save

Sales > Line Item > click into the Line Item you want to edit > edit required fields

Live
This Line Item is available to select during the creation of an opportunity.

Archive 
These line items will not be available for selection during the creation of an opportunity/subscription and will be available for reference under Archive.

Line Items can also be used within forms and surveys to give contacts the option to purchase a companies products and services via the Product Selector option under CRM fields.
