There are two main areas to create a marketing campaign in arkflux. Where the campaign is created will depend on the requirements and therefore the type of campaign that needs to be created.

Single Touch Marketing Campaigns
For marketing campaigns that are a one off e.g.  a communication that will not need multiple follow up touch points, create the marketing campaign under Marketing > Facebook/Website/Email etc.

Unified Marketing
For our customers on the Marketing Growth package and above, there is a second option on where to create marketing campaigns. 

Marketing campaigns that look to include multiple communications relating to one area of the business across many channels, can be put into a Unified Campaign. This will help group the communications for easy reference and expand reporting possibilities.
