Edit a Marketing Campaign
Editing a Marketing Campaign can be done while the campaign is both unpublished and published. 
Click into the campaign which will show as Draft in the campaign list. This take you straight through into the workflow to make any changes required.
Click into the campaign which will show as Published in the campaign list. This will take you straight through to the dashboard > Manage > Edit workflow. It will ask you if you are sure if you want to unlock the campaign > Ok. The workflow will now be available to make and changes required > Save and Exit top left once finished. 
Note: Once a campaign has been published, if you need to add more contacts to the workflow go via the Add Contacts to Campaign 
Fields in unpublished campaigns can be updated at any time without repercussions. Just remember, when you select a template within a campaign workflow it makes a copy of the original stored under Templates > Email.

Fields in published campaigns can be updated by adding new options to multiple choice style fields like checkbox or dropdown options.  Fields can be reordered within the campaign, titles edited and entire new fields added. 

If a field needs to be removed from a form, to avoid data loss, do not delete the field. Instead do the following:
Templates > Form/Survey > update the template with the changes required > go into the campaign workflow > unlock the campaign via Manage > Edit Workflow if needed > re select the updated template within the workflow.

This method will allow you to deleted fields and field options without losing any data already submitted against the form or survey.
